RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
For details pertaining to our return/exchange, and store credit policy see below:
If an item is sold out that you purchased, we will attempt to get that specific item for you, otherwise you will receive store credit.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for store credit.
If an item is broken upon arrival, you can return it, and exchange it for the correct intact item.
If you need a different size, you can return it, and exchange it for the correct size.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 business days of receipt in original packaging, and in original condition to receive store credit.
Upon receipt of your package, your store credit will be processed within 14 business days.
In order to receive store credit, all items must be repacked in the original boxes and packaging, and in the original condition suitable for resale. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, no smoke, smudges, wear, or damages made, and all clothing tags and hangtags must still be attached.
The client is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Zoe & Saman. Shipping fees are not refundable.

In the event that the merchandise does not match the original condition, the client will not receive store credit. Store credit is valid only at zoeandsaman.com
MAKING A RETURN:
Pack your merchandise neatly and tightly in the original product packaging. All products must be returned in original condition with all paperwork, parts, and tags attached.
Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. Include your order number, billing information, name, address, and written reason for returned product(s). Make a copy for your records.
For returned packages, know your return tracking number to monitor delivery status. Zoe & Saman are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
